La Casa in Collina, made up of the main farmhouse and its annex, is set among woods and olive groves, in a hilly and panoramic position. The large garden, which surrounds the two houses and the swimming pool, is completely fenced in guaranteeing guests the maximum level of peace and quiet, security and privacy. In front of the house, in a panoramic and sunny position, there is a beautiful infinity swimming pool (14x6 m., depth 1,20-1,40 m.) and an heated Jacuzzi. Thanks to its convenient location and the good roads in the valley, one can easily reach Arezzo, Castiglion Fiorentino, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno, by car in a few minutes. The most important historical towns and cities of Central Italy, Perugia, Siena and Florence are all within an half hour drive from the villa. The property has been tastefully and comfortably furnished and has satellite TV and air conditioning (control panel in every room). To enable guests to cook and eat in the open there is also a wood-burning oven with a barbecue and sink. Courses in cookery, decoupage, ceramics, flower arranging, restoration, history of art, Italian, English and guided tours can be organized on request.

MAIN HOUSE: The house, adapting to the lay of the land, is on different levels connected by steps and is made up of a kitchen-dining room with a pretty flower filled portico with table, chairs and cane armchairs, a small sitting-room with a mezzanine with two single beds, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. ANNEX: sitting-dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with shower. In front of the house there is a large portico, with a table and chairs, overlooking the large garden.
