In the wide garden in front of the house there are a beautiful swimming pool (size m. 4x8 - depth m. 1,20-1,50) with Jacuzzi, the barbecue and a gazebo equipped with table and chairs ideal to eat "al fresco" admiring the high hills which crown the surrounding landscape. Castiglion Fiorentino is only 7 km far and offers shops, restaurants and all kind of services. A few metres far from the house a panoramic secondary road which crosses the hills and joins Castiglion Fiorentino to the town of Cortona and to the nearby Umbria region.
