This beautiful farmhouse divided into three welcoming apartments is set in the heart of the Valdichiana on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena in an interesting natural setting, framed by places steeped in history like the Etruscan Cortona and the old medieval villages of Lucignano, Foiano della Chiana and Sinalunga. In this area the Chiana Valley is characterized by a natural environment made up of gentle silhouettes each of which hide an enormous quantity of different landscapes. Grains and corn are grown in the valley and the hills are covered with olive trees and vineyards that produce high quality oil and wine. The most important towns of the valley are only a short drive away and Siena, Arezzo and Perugia can be reached in just over half an hour. A large garden with olive, pine, cypress and oak trees surrounds the house and to one side there is a beautiful swimming pool (7 x 14m, depth 0,50-2,60m), a tennis court and a gazebo, barbecue and garden furniture.
