Borgo Antico is a beautiful farmhouse on the high hills separating the wide green Valdichiana from the high Tevere valley which opens up before your eyes like a vast amphitheatre. Thanks to a skilful and faithful accurate restoration respecting its ancient origins and architectural features, this farmhouse has rediscovered its ancient splendour and become a fascinating holiday villa. It is the ideal place for those who wish to spend a relaxing holiday in contact with nature and old rural traditions, far from the noise and frenzy of the city. Close to the villa there is a wide green area equipped with outdoor furniture and a 6x12 m swimming pool (depth 1,20-2,40 m). The villa is furnished with typical good quality Tuscan pieces and satellite TV. At full guests’ disposal there is a barbecue, a wood-burning oven and the possibility to taste and buy good oil, wine and others typical products. On request the owner can provide some basic food shopping for the arrival day and every Tuesday he can prepare typical Tuscan dinners.
