Beautiful villa in a pine wood near the “Passo della Libbia”, one of the many Apennine mountain passes, about 600 mt above sea level, this one being the old road from Arezzo to the little medieval town of Anghiari and the Valtiberina. An ideal starting point for visiting the many historical, artistic and religious sites of great interest such as Arezzo, Monterchi, Sansepolcro, Anghiari and so many other smaller sites scattered in the Valley. The villa is divided into two large apartments, one available for our guests and the other occasionally used by the owner. The apartment has been furnished with quality interior decorations and elegant and comfortable furniture. The villa is surrounded by a spacious garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, wood-burning oven and playground area for children. Near the house, there is a 5 x 12 m swimming pool, occasionally used by the owners, with a smaller part suitable for children (3 x 3 m).
