The holiday home La Tagliola is situated on a highly panoramic hill, posed 250 meters above the sea level and covered with luxuriant Mediterranean scrub. From here you will be able to admire a wonderful view on the sea of the Etruscan Coast, and on brighter days you can even reach with your sight the isles of Elba, Capraia, Corsica and on the other side the peaks of the Appennino Tosco Emiliano.
The villa is an oasis of peacefulness and tranquillity, you can relax at the solarium swimming pool or walk along the wide neighbouring paths which penetrate the silver vegetation.
The property, completely fenced, is surrounded by more than one hectare of land with olive groves and ornamental plants. At guests disposal a beautiful pool (size m. 5x11), a gazebo, a barbecue, a washing machine and satellite television.
1,5 km far, in the historical centre of the village of Rosignano Marittimo, there are services of all kinds (banks, shops, supermarkets, chemist's, restaurants, tobacconist's, newspaper kiosk, church etc.).
In only 10 minutes driving you can reach the white beaches of Rosignano Solvay, the cliffs of Castiglioncello and the smelling pinewood of Vada, and in less than one hour the main cities of art, such as Firenze, Lucca, Pisa, Livorno, Volterra and Siena. The furnishing of the villa is simple but all the same cosy ensuring a good level of comfort.
